Public offer agreement
This public offer describes the commercial terms for ordering intangible digital goods through Keyndo on keyndo.com. A buyer accepts the offer by using checkout, topping up store balance, placing an order, revealing a key, or continuing to use the storefront after reviewing these terms.
1. Parties and storefront
The seller and storefront operator is Velmont Digital Services Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 428371, with its registered office at Arch. Makariou III, 155, Proteas House, 5th Floor, 3026 Limassol, Cyprus. The company operates the storefront under the commercial name Keyndo on the domain keyndo.com. For customer, partner, and compliance correspondence, Keyndo uses the public support channel support@keyndo.com, the contact form on the site, and the telephone line +35725530564.
2. Acceptance of the offer
The offer is accepted when a visitor creates or uses an account, adds goods to the cart, tops up the internal store balance, confirms checkout, receives an order ID, reveals a digital key, or sends an order-related support request.
3. Goods and catalog description
The subject of an order is the intangible digital good shown on the product page: a digital key, gift card, wallet or top-up code, subscription code, software license, add-on, or similar code-based item. The product page controls the platform, region, edition, quantity, price, delivery method, stock state, and activation warnings.
4. Price, payment methods, and providers
Prices and the final payable amount are shown before checkout. Available routes may include the non-withdrawable Keyndo store balance, bank cards, local fast-payment systems such as SBP where supported, electronic wallets, crypto payments, or other payment-partner methods displayed in checkout. Payment acceptance, conversion, confirmation, decline, refund routing, and verification may be handled by an outside payment partner or aggregator rather than Keyndo directly; the buyer's bank, wallet, card statement, or crypto service may therefore show the partner's merchant descriptor or payment brand instead of “Keyndo”. Keyndo does not name or promise any specific provider until that route is actually shown in checkout. Crypto payments are broadcast through blockchain networks and are generally irreversible after network confirmation: they do not support card-style chargebacks, and an approved refund or correction may be issued only under the refund policy through an available store-balance, partner, or support-approved route.
5. Delivery and order evidence
Delivery is digital. The order page, order ID, delivery email, key status, reveal history, wallet ledger, timestamps, and support records are the main evidence of delivery and performance. A key may remain masked until the buyer deliberately reveals it.
6. Cancellation, refunds, and disputes
Because digital goods can be copied or redeemed after reveal, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed under the refund policy. Support may check delivery status, reveal state, product region, activation evidence, duplicate charges, security signals, and supplier records before deciding on a correction or refund.
7. Lawful source and intellectual property
Catalog goods are intended to be listed only where Keyndo has a supplier channel, license, authorization, resale permission, platform terms, invoice trail, or another lawful basis for digital distribution. Third-party marks are used descriptively and remain the property of their owners.
